Management here is a joke. (Expecially Sarah) They DO NOT care for their paying customers at all. Take the extra few minutes and drive to dort/mt morris rd you will be better off & taken care of like you should be.
I like this McDonald's Sara is always nice to me she is great and works hard. The play place is a lot better.
Sometimes it's great, Order is correct and timely. Can't handle being busy, order gets messed up and takes 20 mins to get through the drive thru.
Stopped in here about a week ago. I ordered two breakfast sandwiches, and a Frappe with extra espresso. The sausage on the sandwiches was burnt, and the girl just poured the espresso in the already made Frappe, rather than blending it in. Turned into a gross, warm milky, undrinkable drink. I'd like to say maybe it was because they where busy, butttt the dining area is shut down, drive thru only open, and I was the only customer. Won't ever stop here again!
It's McDonald's. Service is *usually* pretty bad, same with the food. every once in a while you getting good service and food and it's really nice. But you always have to flip a coin with McDonald's in my experience
